Taylor is a coach with a relentless ambition to better not only himself as a coach, but most of all his athletes. He is passionate about every aspect of bodybuilding, physique enhancement, and just any type of fitness in general; and has been since day one. Taylor has been weight training since he was 13 years old. After not being able to play competitive sports anymore after high school, he wanted to get back into some type of competition of his own just for the mental and physical discipline that can be gained from it. In October of 2020, he started prepping for his very first bodybuilding show. Throughout this journey, he fell in love with the sport more and more each day. Since then, Taylor has picked up athletes of all categories whether that be bodybuilding (males and females), helping guide nutrition and supplementation for powerlifters, or even just everyday lifestyle athletes who want to better themselves mentally and physically. Taylor is constantly improving his knowledge of physique enhancement daily to better himself as a coach. He also has his degree in Exercise Science from Radford University. Taylor loves helping people and the rewarding feeling that comes with knowing that he helped someone reach their goals to better themselves mentally and physically in life. He is driven and motivated to help anyone with whatever goals that may be within their sport and will do everything it takes in order to make sure that his athletes are happy, healthy, and as comfortable within their plan and daily lives as possible.
● I will always have your best interest at the forefront of every decision that I make as your coach. I am dedicated to helping you as an athlete reach your goals in the safest, healthiest and most educated way possible.
● I offer an elaborate and detailed Google Sheets layout, that is accessible via your phone, that will lay out everything you need to know within your plan. Everything within the plan will be explained in the simplest way possible. This layout will include diet recommendations (macros or meal plan depending on goals and preferences of athlete), complete training programming which includes exercises, total amount of sets, reps, intensity, tempos of movements and notes/ques of each movement, cardio prescription, supplement recommendations, weekly check in information, and a data analysis chart to be able to track progress over time.
● As a coach, it is important to me to be able to see trends and data from his athletes each week. Each athlete will check in with him a minimum of once per week. This frequency may increase depending on what part of the season you are in as an athlete and as you may be getting closer to any show, competition, photo shoot, vacation, etc. These check-ins will include pictures, a list of biofeedback questions that the athlete must answer, filling out a data analysis chart that includes body measurements and health markers, and will be given daily information that they must fill out each day for me to look over on your given check in day. Adjustments will be made to plans weekly, if needed, to best suit the athlete in reaching their goal.
● I will provide 24/7 communication via Whatsapp for any questions, comments, or concerns that you as an athlete may have. I will also be available for phone/zoom calls if the situation calls for that in order to get any plans and information laid out to his clients.
● I will always give a safe and healthy approach within the plans he lays out for my athletes. I will provide information for any blood work or health panels that I think the client may need in order to be sure health is the best at all times. I will also provide a general health supplement protocol for each athlete to make sure that you are getting the right vitamins, nutrients, and minerals needed to keep your health in tip top shape.
